TRC Moncloa belongs to a new generation of managed residential assets designed to meet the mobility and flexibility needs of urban residents. The project integrates different accommodation formats, integrated services and shared spaces to create a living environment adapted to new ways of living and working. Its design and management are intended to maximise the building’s functionality and the quality of the residential experience.
